The undersigned are qualified elect~rs numbering not less than ten percent (10%) of the votes cast
in'the last state general election from the area which they desire to annex to the City of Renton.
. . We hereby advise the City ~ounCiI of the City of Rento.n tliat it is 0l!r desire to· commence
annexation proceedings under the provisions ofRCW 35A)4.020 for the area described below.
The territory woposed to be anne,xed is wit~in King,County, Was~ington, and is contiguous to
the City of Renton. A map (Exhibit 1) and legal description (Exhibit 2) are included as part of
this petition. .
The riumber of.voters in the territory proposed for annexation is about 1,838. . . . .
The City CounciI-is requested to approve the, proposed action by resolution no more than sixty
days after certification of the 'petition as sufficient. The City'Council is requested to set a date·for
a special~ election to submit the annexation proposal to the voters, of ~he ~enitory proposed to be
annexed. .,
1. In approving the proposed action, the City Council may require the simultaneous
adoption of zoning regulations; zoning to be determined after'two public hearings
and guide~ by the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan; and,

existing city indebtedness by the area to be annexed.

annexation proceedings under the provisions ofRCW 35A.14.020 for the area described below.
The territory proposed to be annexed is within King County, Washington, and is contiguous to
the City of Renton. A map (Exhibit 1) and legal description (Exhibit 2) are included as part of
this petition.
The number of voters in the territory proposed for annexation is about 1,838.

in the last state general election from the area which they desire to annex to the City of Renton.
We hereby advise the City Council of the City of Renton that it is our desire to commence
annexation proceedings under the provisions ofRCW 35A.14.020 for the area described below ..
The territory proposed to be annexed is within King County, Washington, and is contiguous to
the City of Renton. A map (Exhibit I) and legal description (Exhibit 2) are included as part of
this petition.
The number of voters in the territory proposed for annexation is about 1,838.
The City Council is requested to approve the proposed action by resolution no more than sixty
days after certification of the petition as sufficient. The City Council is requested to set a date for
a special election to submit the annexation proposal to the voters of the territory proposed to be
annexed.
I. In approving the proposed action, the City Council may require the simultaneous
adoption of zoning regulations; zoning to be determined after two public hearings
and guided by the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan; and,
