ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS
UNDER RCW 3SA.14.120

The undersigned are the owners of not less than ten percent (10"10) in value, according to the
assessed valuatipn for general taxation, of property which they desire to annex to the City of
Renton; .
We hereby advise the City Council of the City of Renton that it is our desire to commence
annexation proceedings under the provisions ofRCW 3SA14.120 of all or any part of the area
described below.
The territory proposed to be annexed is within King County, Washington, and is contiguous to
the City of Renton. A map (Exhibit I) and legal description (Exhibit 2) are included as part of
this petition.
The City Council is requested to set a date not later than sixty days after the filing of this request
for a public meeting With the undersigned. . .
1. At such meeting, the City Council will decide whether the City will accept, reject or
geographically modify the proposed annexation;
2. The City Council will decide whether to require simultaneous adoption of zoning
regulations; zoning to be detennined after two public hearings and guided by the
City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan; and,
3. The City Council will decide whether to require the assumption of.existing city
indebtedness by the area to be annexed. '
This page is the first of a group of pages containing identical text material. It is intended by the
signers that such multiple pages of the Notice of Intention be presented and considered as one
Notice of Intention. It may be filed with other pages containing additional signatures which
cumulatively may be considered as a single Notice oflntention.

That portion of Sections 13 and 14, in Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King
County, Washington described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly Right-of-Way line of 68th Avenue South with
the line dividing Lot 32, Junction Addition to Seattle, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Volume 12 of Plats, page 75, records ofIGng County, Washington described by deed of
conveyance to Charles Monster by Oregon & Washington Railroad Company dated June 19,
1923, being a point on the City Limits of Renton as annexed under Ordinance #4578;
Thence N 69° 18'3 3" E, per said conveyance, along said line to the northeast comer of said
Lot 32;
Thence southerly along the east line of said Lot 32, a distance of 20 feet more or less, to the
northwest comer of Lot 8 of said subdivision;
Thence easterly along the north line of said Lot 8 to the northeast comer thereof;
Thence southerly along the east line of said Lot 8 to an intersection with the street end
turning circle with radius of 100 feet ofS 139th Street, according to said plat;
Thence along the arc of said turning circle southwesterly and southeasterly to an intersection
with the east line of Lot 9 of said plat; . .
Thence southerly along the east line of Lots 9 and 28B and the southerly extension of said
line to an intersection with the northerly line of the Burlington Northern Railroad Right-of-
Way and the City Limits of Renton as annexed under Ordinance #1764;
Thence southwesterly along said Right-of-Way, and said City Limits, to an intersection with"
the easterly Right-of-Way line of 68th Avenue South and the City Limits of Renton as
annexed under Ordinance #4578;
Thence northwesterly along said easterly Right-of-Way line of 68th Avenue South, and said
City Limits, to the point of beginning;
