The undersigned are the owners of not less than ten percent (10%) in value,
according to the assessed valuation for general taxation, of property which they
desire to annex to the City of Renton.
We hereby advise the City Council of the City of Renton that it is our desire to

The territory proposed to be annexed is within King County, Washington, and is
contiguous to the City ofRenton.·A map (Exhibit Ijand legal description (Exhibit
2) are included as part of this petition.
The City Council is requested to set a date not later than sixty days after the filing
of this request for a public meeting with the undersigned.
1. At such meeting, the City Council will decide whether the City would
accept, reject or modify the proposed annexation;
2. The City Council will decide what zoning designation will be placed
on the proposed annexation as determined by the City's
Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
3. The City Council will decide whether or not to require the assumption
of existing city indebtedness by the area to be annexed ..

Holman Annexation Legal Description
That portion of Section 15, in Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County,
Washington described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest comer of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of the
northwest quarter of said section, being a point on the existing City limits of Renton as
annexed by Ordinance #3163, also being a point on the centerline of South 2nd Place(S.E.
136th Street);
Thence northerly 30 feet along the westline of said subdivision, and along said City limits, to
the northerly right-of-way line of said South 2nd Place;
Thence continuing northerly 130 feet along the west line of said subdivision, and along said
City limits, to the southwest comer of Lot 8 of the plat of Goe's Place as recorded in Volume
85 of Plats, pages 12 and 13, records of King County, Washington;
Thence easterly 212 feet along the south line of Lots 8 and 9 of said plat, to an intersection
with the west line of Lot 10 of said plat;
Thence southerly 130 feet more or less along the west line of said Lot 10 to the northerly
right-of-way line of said South 2nd Place;
Thence easterly and southeasterly along said right-of-way line to an intersection with the
south line of the northwest quarter of said section;
Thence westerly along said south line, and along the existing City limits of Renton as annexed
by Ordinance #3143, also being the centerline of said South 2nd Place, to the Point of
Beginning.
