Thank you for the documents. The proposed plan is approved as noted. I’ve attached a copy of the approved plan for your records, please ensure it gets captured in the as-built plans
and have the site teams continue to coordinate with Joel.
The profile plan for the sewer was not updated and I only need an updated copy at the time of construction completion, however, I highly recommend updating the profile view now for consistency
among all plan sheets.

Thank you for all of this, it is excellent. The design intent appears to be ok and the arborist report is what was needed for what we discussed, however, to approve two more items are
needed:
* Please send me the updated engineered drawing this morning when completed for final review and approval. I’ll review the plans and if acceptable will send a confirmation.
* Please send me the email from Ashburn accepting the revised sewer layout on their property.
Further please retain the original easement from Sherie and Carol Corp, what you have sent should be all that I need.

1- Enclosed is an email on new layout and everything works, I should have final version Monday AM as the drafter who had to do this had to go to the doctor.
2- I have approval from Ashburn HOA on new layout (if you want email let me know) and they are fine with redoing legal afterward if need be.
3- Enclosed you will find a scanned version of the signed and notarized easement from neighbor to City of Renton, I was able to finally pick it up today. Please let me know how
you want me to get you the original.
4- Enclosed you will find an email and exhibit from the Arborist saying to stay 14 feet from tree and with current design can do that.
As soon as I receive it Monday AM I will send you final engineering drawing but should have everything to your satisfaction. Please confirm that you have received and all is OK as we
are planning on starting this early next week.

I left you a VM a while ago to go over options and would appreciate a call back. Per our conversation enclosed is the existing easement. The replacement easement and relinquishment
of this easement have been signed and notarized but the owner had a death in the family earlier this week so have not gotten from them yet. Should have in next day or two.

As discussed earlier please send us a copy of the authorization to work on the parcel to the south. You had mentioned an old easement previously executed but I did not find a record
of one when searching KC records. Please send us a copy of the authorization prior to work commencing on parcel 3123059091.
Furthermore there is an existing large tree in close proximity to the proposed manhole installation. As discussed we want to explore alternate paths for the sewer line to not impact
the tree. Discussed options were routing on the Ashburn site or shifting the proposed MH north such that the connection to the existing CO is at an angle or an alternate method. Please
let me know what route you would like to go so we can coordinate the solution.
