The Grantee shall, upan cornpletian of any work within the property ccavered by the easement, restcrre the surFace of the easement,and any private improvements disturbed or d�stroyed during execution af the wark, as neariy as practicable ta the condition they were in irnmediafiely before eommencement of the work or entry by the Grantee. 2. Grantor shall retain the right ta use the surface of the easement as lang as such use does not interfere with the easement rights granted to the 6rantee. Grantor shall not, however, have the right to: a. Erect or maintain any buildings or structures within the easement;ar b. Plant trees, shrubs ar vegetation naving deep root patterns which may cause damage to ar interfere with the utilities to be placed within the easement by the Grantee;or c. Develap, landscape, r�r beautEfy the easement area in any way which would unreasanably increase ihe costs to the Grantee of restoring the easement area and any private impravements therein;ar d. Dig, tunnel ar perform other fonms of constructian activities an the property which would disturb the compaction or unearth Grantee's f�cilities on the right-r�f-way, or endanger the lateral support facilities;or e. Blast within fifteen (SS)feet af the easement;or f. Erect fences in such a way as to prevent access by the Grantee's uehicles to the Grantee's facilities. Any fence construction must provid� far an opening (gated, remavak�le sections, k�arriers, etc.)af at least ter� (10)feet in width;or g. Erect any objects withirr fifteen (15)abave the ground surface within the easement. This easement shali run with the larrd described herein, and shall be binding upan the parties, their heirs, successors in interest and assigns.
