Dear Mr. Wu:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is complete
according to submittal requirements and, therefore, is accepted for review.
It is tentatively scheduled for consideration by the Environmental Review Committee on June 8, 2020.
Prior to that review, you will be notified if any addition al information is required to continue
processing your application.
In addition, this matter is tentatively scheduled for a Virtual Public Hearing on July 14, 2020 at 11:00
AM, by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application which includes a phone-in option. The
applicant or representative(s) of the applicant are required to attend the public hearing. A copy of the
staff report will be mailed to you one week before the hearing.
