RE: "On Hold" Notice Canopy PUD Preliminary Plat / LUA19-000223
Mr. Herrera,
The following is in response to your comments dated 4/24/2020 for the above-mentioned project. Our
responses are numbered to match the correction letter.
1. Home Variations
a. Lots 17-26 – An additional elevation style has been designed and incorporated among the
plans on lots 17-26. This creates a total of 3 home styles on lots 17-26 and 5 home styles on
lots 17-29, providing added variety over that run of houses. Additionally, the front door
locations of lots 19, 23, and 27 have been mirrored on the respective lots to increase visual
differentiation in addition to the distinct elevation styles.
b. Lots 30-40 – the 4 home styles have been spread over the entire run of lots, providing
additional variation across the run of homes. These additional styles have also been
included on Lots 41-47, increasing the variety across that run of homes.
c. Lots 48-55 - An additional elevation style has been designed and incorporated among the
plans on lots 53-55. This breaks up the stretch of 3 identical plans and provides 4 home
styles on lots 48-55, increasing the variety over that run of houses. Additionally, the front
door locations of lots 50 and 53 have been mirrored on the respective lots to increase visual
differentiation in addition to the distinct elevation styles.
d. All homes have been included in the streetscapes provided.
Note: for the remainder of the comment responses please see the response letter provided by the Civil
Engineer.
