the north line of said subdivision a distance of 30 feet to the point of beginning, said point also
being on the existing City limits of Renton as annexed by Ordinance #2000;
Thence continuing easterly along the north line of the SW t of the NW t of said section, said
subdivision line also being the centerline of NE 10th Street, and the existing City limits as
annexed by Ordinance #2000, a distance of 375.00 feet;
Thence southerly perpendicular to the north line of the SW t of the NW t, and along the existing
City limits as annexed by Ordinance #2423, a distance of 160.02 feet;
Thence easterly along a line parallel with the north line of said subdivision, said line also being
the existing City limits line as annexed by Ordinance #2423, a distance of 131.06 feet to a point
100 feet westerly of, as measured at right angles to, the east line of the NW t of the SW t of the

Township 23, North, Range 5, East, W.M., in King County,
Washington.
Less unplatted tax lots 340, 245 & 171, being a portion of the
Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of said sections.

Senescu Annexation Project Narrative:
Scope:
The annexation of 587,644.20 square feet (13.49 acres) from King
County into the City of Renton. The entire South, West and North
sides of the annexation are boundaried by the City of Renton.
Use:
The use of the 13.49 acres will remain the same, all single
family development. Two of the property owners are very
interested in development~ Anni~ello wants tn sell his lots and
Senescu (Allied Investments) wants to sell his shy five acres.
The Senescu property will make application for rezone, probably
to R-l, in the near future. It isn't clear if Annicello (since
those lots are already subdivided) will replat his propeity into
smaller lots and make rezone application to accomplish that end.
There are no timing or phasing plans at this time.

referenced property be annexed to the City of Renton under the provisions of RCW
35A.14.l20 through 35A.140.150, as amended.
I (We), the undersigned, further agree to the assumption of the pro-rata share of the
pre-existing bonded indebtedness of the City; the acceptance of the provisions of the
Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Code as they pertain to the urea to be annexed; all
