Enclosed, please find the 60% Annexation Petitions for the Duncan Annexation.
Per your request, we have had all participants sign the revised Annexation
Letter forms as revised by your office.
The annexation is to be ammended to include Lots 8 and 9 of Block i (Tax Lots
334570-0017 and 334570-0018). I have revised the Legal Description to include
the additional lots. This will allow the boundary to run in a straight line,
conforming to the City of Renton Comprehensive Plan. Enclosed is a copy of the
revised Legal Description (Exhibit nAn) for your use. I have also enclosed a
revised copy of the calculation of Property Valuations for the Duncan
Annexation area.
Enclosed are 12 copies of the Duncan Annexation Plat Map revised to include the
additional 2 lots referenced above.
Note that with the 60% Annexation Petition Letters is a signed petition in
favor of annexation from Nancy Coad, (Tax Lot 334570-0005) the only person that
went on record at the City Council meeting as opposing the annexation.
The information included with this letter should constitute a complete
annexation submittal package for the Duncan Annexation. Should you need
further information to process the annexation application, feel free to contact
me at 938-8500 or the architect, Rick Grimes with Freiheit & Ho Architects,
Inc. P.S. at 827-2100. The architect wil!" be involved in the rezoning and
building permit process.
