Following our conversation please have the sewer stubs shifted such that they are 3’ from the lot lines as required per COR STD Plan 406.1. Additionally this will require the water laterals
for bldg. C to shift an equal amount to maintain the separation as shown on the plans. Attached is a marked up drawing to reflect this. A new drawing is not required but please ensure
the adjustments are captured in the as-built drawings.

Subject: Willowcrest Townhomes - Side Sewer Spacing with Individual Lot Lines
Hi Nate,
Coterra received a call from the contractor on the Willowcrest project regarding required side sewer offset distances from the individual lot lines for each townhome. Our approved Civil
Construction Permit plans and the COR detail 406.1 appear to indicate different distances between adjacent side sewer studs and I wanted to confirm directly with you how the contractor
should proceed.
If you could give me a call back at your earliest convenience that would be greatly appreciated. Of course, the contractor is in the field laying pipe as we speak so if you have 10 minutes
to chat this afternoon it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
