I am also concerned about drainage. This area does not drain well and the addition of the proposed project covers a significant portion of the property with hard surface. Parking stalls should be sized for standard sized cars and pickup trucks so they will not be parked in surrounding neighborhoods. Also, there should be provided at least two visitor / delivery parking spaces within the project. Please make me a party of record and continue to send additional project information and documents in hard copy via US Mail.
