Administrative Appeal
City of Renton’s Witness List, Exhibit
List, and Production of Exhibits
Pursuant to the June 2, 2020 procedural order issued in this matter, the City of Renton
(“City”) hereby designates the witnesses it intends to call at the appeal hearing (currently
scheduled for June 16, 2020, beginning at 10:00 AM). The City further designates the exhibits it
intends to use at the appeal hearing and concurrently produces a copy of each such exhibit to
the applicant.

The City designates the following as witnesses anticipated to testify at the appeal

Angelea Weihs is an Associate Planner for the City, as well as the designated Current
Planning Project Manager for the Apex Lot Line Adjustment, LUA20-000064, LLA. She has
knowledge of and may testify about any of the issues relating to this appeal. The estimated
length of testimony is 30 minutes.
2. Vanessa Dolbee.

Vanessa Dolbee is the City’s Current Planning Manager. She has knowledge of and may
testify about any of the issues relating to this appeal. The estimated length of testimony is 15
minutes.

Brianne Bannwarth is the City’s Development Engineering Manager. She has knowledge
of and may testify about access, street regulations, and utility regulations related to the Apex
Lot Line Adjustment, LUA20-000064, LLA. The estimated length of testimony is 15 minutes.
4. The City reserves the right to call any witness called or designated by the
applicant.
