The City further designates the exhibits it intends to use at the appeal hearing and concurrently produces a copy of each such exhibit to the applicant. A. Witness List The City designates the following as witnesses anticipated to testify at the appeal hearing. 1. Angelea Weihs. She has knowledge of and may testify about any of the issues relating to this appeal. The estimated length of testimony is 30 minutes. 2. Vanessa Dolbee. Contact information: 1055 South Grady Way Renton, WA 98057 (425) 430-7314 vdolbee@rentonwa.gov Vanessa Dolbee is the City’s Current Planning Manager. She has knowledge of and may testify about any of the issues relating to this appeal. The estimated length of testimony is 15 minutes. 3. Brianne Bannwarth. Contact information: 1055 South Grady Way Renton, WA 98057 (425) 430-7299 bbannwarth@rentonwa.gov Brianne Bannwarth is the City’s Development Engineering Manager. She has knowledge of and may testify about access, street regulations, and utility regulations related to the Apex Lot Line Adjustment, LUA20-000064, LLA. The estimated length of testimony is 15 minutes. 4. The City reserves the right to call any witness called or designated by the applicant. B. Exhibit List The City designates the following as exhibits the City may use at the appeal hearing.
