A copy of the Administrative Report and Decision is immediately available:  Electronically on City of Renton website at https://www.rentonwa.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=11108536, and can be easily accessed under Community and Economic Development Land Use Files, or,  For purchase at a copying charge of $0.15, 8½ x 11 per page. The estimated cost for the Administrative Report and Decision is $8.55, plus a handling and postage cost of $2.00 (this cost is subject to change if documents are added or larger) Appeals of the administrative decision must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2020, together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and information regarding the appeal process may be obtained from the City Clerk's Office, (425) 430-6510. Reconsideration: within 14 days of the decision date, any party may request that a decision be reopened by the Administrator (Decision-maker). The Administrator (Decision-maker) may modify his decision if material evidence not readily discoverable prior to the original decision is found or if he finds there was misrepresentation of fact. After review of the reconsideration request, if the Administrator (Decision-maker) finds sufficient evidence to amend the original decision, there will be no further extension of the appeal period.
