Comments on application:
Please make sure that the improvement includes fencing to prohibit foot traffic across finished
project property lines along the north and east property boundaries, and along the west property
boundaries except at permitted abutting properties 12228 and 12316 SE Petrovitsky Rd.
I am also concerned about drainage. This area does not drain well and the addition of the
proposed project covers a significant portion of the property with hard surface.
Parking stalls should be sized for standard sized cars and pickup trucks so they will not be
parked in surrounding neighborhoods. Also, there should be provided at least two visitor /
delivery parking spaces within the project.
Please make me a party of record and continue to send additional project information and
documents in hard copy via US Mail.

acknowledgment and awareness of the above-named project. We are reviewing the cultural
report and would like to stay informed on findings and recommendations of the project. We do
ask that all vegetation and trees be replaced.

Comments on application:
Please make sure that the improvement includes fencing to prohibit foot traffic across finished

shown on the survey provided by the applicant, an existing fence is located on the property
line or slightly off-site along the boundaries of the Stonebrook apartments and 12328 SE
Petrovitsky.
I am also concerned about drainage. This area does not drain well and the addition of the
proposed project covers a significant portion of the property with hard surface.
The applicant proposes to construct a flow control detention tank to meter stormwater prior
to release into the City system and the drainage would be treated with a cartridge system to
meet water quality standards. The project requires full drainage review under the City’s
current stormwater manual with further compliance reviewed under the civil construction
permit.

of the Renton Municipal Code. The applicant has proposed the minimum required spaces for
