1. Submittal of the 10% Notice of Intent petition is an indication of intent to annex.

SPRING HILL ANNEXATION
That portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 23 North,
Range 5 East, W.M., King County, Washington, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said
Northeast 1/4:
Thence East along the North line of said Southeast 1/4 to the East
line of said Northeast 1/4, said line also being the existing limits of
the City of Renton as annexed under Ordinance Number 2502, said line also
being the centerline of Union Ave. N.E. (said Right-of-Way being 60 feet
in width, 30 feet each side of centerline), a distance of 1312.8 feet;
Thence South along said East line and said City Limits and centerline
to an intersection with the Easterly extension of the South line of Lot 6,
Block 2, Sierra Heights as recorded in Volume 54 of Plats, Page 3, Records
of King County, Washington, a distance of 495.2 feet;
Thence West along said Easterly extension and said South line and its
westerly extension to the West line of Lot 2, Block 2, of said Plat a
distance of 455.0 feet;
Thence North along said West line to the South Right-of-Way Line of
S.E. 101st St. said Right-of-Way being 60 feet in width (30 feet each side
of centerline);
Thence North 88"19'25" West along said South Right-of-Way and its
Westerly extension to an intersection with the West Right-of-Way Line of
l30th Ave. S.E. (said Right-of-Way being 60 feet in width, 30 feet each
side of centerline) a distance of 195.0 feet;
Thence South 1"55'59" West along said West Right-of-Way Line to the
Northerly boundary line of Block 4 of said plat a distance of 5.0 feet:
Thence North 88"19'25" west along said Northerly boundary line to the
East boundary line of the Plat of Sierra Heights Division No.2, as
recorded in Volume 59 of Plats, Page 55, Records of King County,
Washington;
Thence continuing North 88"19'25" West along the North boundary line
of said plat to a point of intersection with a line 'which is parallel with
and 135.1 feet East of the West line of the Southeast 1/4 of said
Northeast 1/4 of said Section 4;
