Project Description: This applicant is requesting a Temporary Use Permit for the Seattle Seahawks to provide temporary staff and bus parking for the Seahawks Training Camp (2015 Training
Camp is scheduled to run July 31 through August 31) and for special events held at VMAC (Seattle Seahawks Training Facility at 12 Seahawks Way). Temporary parking and bus staging would
be located at the Pan Abode site located at 4350 Lake Washington Blvd N (Parcel No. 3224059049). The Seahawks are proposing to use this site for overflow parking for staff, which would
result in parking upwards of sixty (60) personal vehicles. A shuttle (van) would transport individuals from this location to VMAC. Parking at this site would occur during regular office
hours/practice times from roughly 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The public will be shuttled to and from the VMAC from The Renton Landing via bus (20 available).
