Fifteen {15)days of receiving the Cfty's notice of inspection.Within thirly(30)days af givin��his �
notice,the Owners,ar engineer on b�half af the t�wners,shall provide the engineer's report to
the City o�Renton. If the report is r�at provided in a tirnely mann�r as sp�cified above,the City
of Renton may inspect the draina�e facilities withnut fur•ther nt�tice.
3. If Clty of Rentan determines froin its i�7spection, c�r frnrn at7 �ngineer's repart pravided in
accc�rdance with Paragrapk� 2,that maint�nance, repair, restaratian,and/car rnitigatinn work is i
reqtai�°�d to be c�or�e ta any of th� drainage facilitics, City of Renton s17aIC natif�/the(Jwners of
the specifi�; maintenanc�, repafr, restaration, and/or mitigatlan worl< ("Worl<") required
pursuant tcr ti�e Rentan Municipal Code, Th� City shall alsa set a reasanable deadline for the
awners to camplete the Wc�rl<, or to provide an engineer's report that verifies cnmpCetinn c�f
the Work, After the deadlin� has �assed,tl�e Owners st7all allow the City access ta re�lnsp�ct
th� drainage facilities unless an engineer°s report has be�n pravidec� v�rifying completiorr af
the Waark. If the Warl< is npt campleted within the time frarne set by the City, the City may
fnitiate an enforcement �ctic�n anc{/or perform the Wc�rl< and herekay is given access to th�
Prop�rky for such purpases, Written natice will be s�nt to the Owner�s statin� th� City's
int�r�tion to p�rfor►n such Work,This Wark will not comm�nce until at leas�seven(7)days after
such notice is matled, If, witl�in the sale discr�tinn af the City, there exdsts an imminent ar
present danger, fihe s�ven {7� day nafiice period will be waived and Wcrrlc wiBl be,�in
immediately.
4. The t�wners shall assume all responsibility for the cost af any Worl<, �r any measures tal<en by
the City to address condifiions as described in Paragraph 3, Such r�sponsibllity shall includ�
reirnbu rsement fia the Citywithin thlrty(30)days af the rece6pt af tl7e invoice for any such Warlc
perfarmed. C�verclue payments will require payment c�f interest at the maximum le�al rate
a1low�d by RCW�.9.S2.Q20(currently iwelva n�rcent (12%)). If tl��City lnitiates legal action to
enforc�this agreement, th� prevailing parCy in such actian is entitled to recauer reasanable
