requir�d to be c�or7e to arty of fih� dralnage facilities, C(ty of Renton shall natffy the Own�rs of
� tf7e speclfic maint�nance�, r�pair, restoratior�, and/or mitigatior� worl< ("Warl<"� required
pursuan�ta the Renton Munici�al Code, The City shall also set a reasor7able deadline far the
�7wners to cam�alete the Warl<, or to provid�an engineer's repart that verifies campletion of
the Work. F�fter the deadline has passed,the Owners shall allr�w the City access �o re-inspect
the drainage facilities unless an engineer's repc�rt has ki�en prc�vided verifyin� campletion ofi
