G/C is moving topsoil from 8th to 9th; I have asked Bill to have AGS assist them as they are driving the skid steer
on Duvall during this process. To this point no assistance is being provided. NW is performing layout for the
merge lane from 7th to the southbound lanes. The wing on the ped ramp on the SW corner of NE 8th St. has been
9:30am broken; it appears to be related to the property restorations and the use of the skid steer on the walks.
10:30am NW is performing layout for the skip line from Sta. 40+00-12+90 +/- in the southbound lanes.
NW continues to place RPMs at NE 41h St.; Approach line has been placed from the right turn median, the skip
11:30am line that was previously place will have to be removed.
12:30pm NW is placing the merge lane and arrow at 711,and have removed the double turn arrows.
NW has finished placing channelization for the day. The paint truck has a mechanical issue and they are unable
o place the fog lines today. G/C has relocated to the SE corner of 6th to continue property restorations. Icon is
1:30pm removing the inlet protection and debris from the site.

I have placed another call to Mark from WESGRO to have the water turned back on. I explained that we have
placed sod and that it needs to be watered. G/C is finishing with the SE corner at 6th and loading excess topsoil
from the road on the SW side at 6th into their truck to be removed from the site. Bill stated that there will be no
2:30pm activity on-site tomorrow, (9/29/16) but he isn't sure about Friday_
