Dear Mayor and Council Members:
We, the undersigned owners of not less than 75 percent in value, according to.assessed
valuation for general taxation, of the property herein described and as per plat or map
attached thereto and by this reference made a part hereof, respectfully petition the
City of Renton that the following described property be annexed to the City of
Renton, under provision of RCW 35A.14.120 through 35A.140.150, as amended, and;
We the undersigned, further agree to the assumption of the pro-rata share of the
pre-existing bonded indebtedness of the City, the acceptance of provisions of the
Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Code as pertains to the area to be annexed, all as

7596 ANNEXATION PETITION -Please include a $300 filing fee. In addition to the annexation
filing fee, the city is required to complete an environmental impact evaluation of the proposed
annexation. The environmental review requires a filing fee of $60, plus $1 per $10,000 of
assessed value within the annexation.
