Dear Mr. Becker:
The City has received confirmation our consultant (see attached) that the updated geotechnical report has
sufficiently addressed the concerns identified during the consultants review of the original report. Your project
has therefore been taken off hold and the City will continue review of the Mei Lin Short Plat project.
The project has been scheduled for SEPA Environmental Review on August 10, 2020. If you have any questions,
