7:30am:AGS and Kamins are on-site. 8:OOam:Kamins is preparing to remove asphalt at Sta.21+85R+/-.Kamins is removing
additional material from the curb area at Sta.19+OOR+/-.Thia area was previously exc.and compacted.9:30am:Kamins has encountered
an area of concrete under the pavement at Sta.21+44R+/-south aprox.3-6'wide. 12:OOpm:Kamins has stopped removing the concrete
at Sta.20+25R+/-and continues to remove asphalt at Sta. 18+15R+/-. 1:OOpm:Kamins continues to remove asphalt at Sta. 16+OOR+/-.
I have directed the contractor to make the adjustments to the taper at the north end of the project and to place a wedge along the exc.
where they have performed the removals due to the proximity to the traveled lane.2:OOpm:Kamins is restoring the driveways and making
