7:30am:AGS and Kamins are on-site. 8:OOam:Kamins is removing asphalt at Sta. 15+OOR+/-. We are having a significant rain event at
this time and sediment laden water is entering Soos Creak.The driveway at 17400 remains unchanged.9:30am:Kamins continues to
remove asphalt at Sta. 11+OOR+/-.They have moved to the furthest southern point and are proceeding north to Sta.15+OOR+/-. 10:30am:
Kamins continues removing asphalt at Sta. 11+25R+/-. 11:OOam: Silver Streak is on-site to remove spoils. 12:OOpm Work continues.
12:30pm: Silver Streak has returned to remove another load of spoils. 1:30pm:Kamins continues to remove asphalt at Sta. 12+50R+/-.
2:OOpm Silver Streak has returned for another load.3:OOpm I have directed Kamins to restore the driveway at Sta. 11+75R+/-to allow
all lanes to be open at the specified time.3:30pm:Kamins continues to restore the driveway but all lanes have been opened to traffic.
