7:30am Kamins ispreparing to remove asphalt_

Crews have positioned at Sta. 21+86R +/-to begin pavement removal. I have sent an E-Mail to Flora and Tani
8:30am informing them of the need to adjust the existing catch_basins on the east side of the street.

Kamis continues removing asphalt at Sta. 21+OOR +/-. I have spoken with AGS concerning the Class A and
project signage. Marlie stated that they haven't received them yet. I have informed Jeff that the catch basins will

Kamins continues to excavate the shoulder and are having crushed surfacing. I have requested the load tickets
10:30am or the deliveries but the driver didn't have any with him.

Kamins continues exc. and is placing base course in the excavations to allow passage to the home owners. No
subsurface drains or related materials are being laced at this time. I have not seen any final approval of geo-tec

I have directed Kamins to have some kind of temp striping in place for the weekend. Chad said that he hadn't

I have placed a call to KC Testing to verify that the base course has been tested and accepted. Geraline Kamins
continues to exc. for the roadway in spite of stating that the elevation of the road was 3/10 high and that the curb
