I arrived on-site to find that the T/C devices were in place to create a lane shift to the southbound lanes. I was
informed that no traffic stops were needed to perform this work. Before leaving the office I was informed that
he contractor was on-site with flashing lights before lam. I have informed the contractor that no one is allowed
on-site before lam and to inform any deliveries of the same. I have contacted Flora about allowing work activity
on the road before 8:30am and stated that the traffic volumes and low light conditions will make this a

I have directed the contractor to toe in the silt fence prior to performing any work on the site and that special care
8:30am__should be given to the areas near the stream_
Salinas Saw Cutting is on-site and performing cuts at Sta.21+8611+/-, Kamins is assisting. Sediment laden runof
9:OOam -is coming from the process and I have directed Chad to provide some further measures to keep it out of the C/Bs_
NW Traffic is on-site to remove the existing channelization. Salinas continues sawcutting, Kamins is assisting
both contractors. I have informed Kamins that they will need to have a sweeper truck on-site when the cutting
10:30am and channelization removal is finished.
NW has finished removing the channelization. Salinas continues at Sta. 11+OOR +/-. Best is on-site to clean the
road surface due to sawcutting and removal of channelization. Kamins is staging equipment in preparation for
11:00am tomorrows work. Kamins has directed AGS to leave the candle sticks in the road to rovide channelization.
