Re: Renton Regional Fire Authority Hazardous Materials Management Statement
submitted in support of City Short Plat LUA17-000633
To whom it may concern,
Renton Regional Fire Authority operates a fire station on one of the parcels to be
created by the short plat. Construction of the facility was completed in 2019. As
there will be no construction there will be no construction vehicles or related
temporary storage of hazardous materials on site and the Construction Activity
Standards set forth in RMC 4-4-030C7 are not applicable.
