HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Weatherly Inn Renton Water Lines - revised connection details.msgHello Mark, Thank you for meeting with us today to go over the water connections at the southeast corner and at the northwest corner of the development. Per our discussion, attached is a mark-up civil plan with the proposed revisions to meet the field conditions and to provide adequate thrust restraint at the 2 connections to the existing water system. I am also attaching a copy of the standard plan for the concrete dead-man anchor block for the southeast connection. The sequencing for various phases of the connection is shown on the mark-up plan. Please review the information with your subcontractor and please also check with your engineer and let me know if you have any questions. For the northwest connection to the water main, please confirm that, as discussed, we are approved to install the additional 2 bends with appropriate thrust blocks to align the on-site water line with the new tee that was installed. 2. At the southeast connection, as discussed, please provide the sketch for the deadman that we will need to install that will allow your crew to proceed with their connections. Thank you again for our assistance.
