The following briefly describes the application and the necessary Public Approvals. See also https://cutt.ly/As9n55m PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Comprehensive Plan Amendments 2020 • M-01: 900 Lind Ave - Amend land use designation from Employment Area with Medium Industrial zoning to Commercial Mixed Use with Commercial Arterial zoning. Proposed uses are mixed use. Site is approximately 1.2 acres. • M-02: Zoning and Land Use Reconciliation - Many sites throughout city. Please see attached. • M-03: Upland Group - Amend land use designation from Residential Low Density with R-4 zoning to Residential Medium Density with R-6 zoning. Proposed uses are single family residential. The site is approximately 17.5 acres in size. • M-04: North 30th St - Amend land use designation from Residential Medium Density with R-6 zoning to Residential High Density with Commercial Neighborhood zoning. Proposed uses are townhouses and mixed use. The site is approximately 4 acres in size. DATE OF APPLICATION: July 28, 2020 NOTICE OF COMPLETE APPLICATION: July 30, 2020 PERMITS/REVIEW REQUESTED: Environmental (SEPA) Review Comments on the above application must be submitted in writing to Angie Mathias, Long Range Planning Manager; CED – Planning Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057, by 5:00 PM on August 13, 2020.
