HomeMy WebLinkAboutTraffic Impact AnalysisHey Jonathan – I know it’s short, but is the response below adequate? I certainly think it’s possible that it could generate a few extra employees in the long run, but nowhere near enough
to trigger a traffic analysis. Obviously they’ll be assessed the impact fee at the time of building permit pick up, which should cover any impacts created by a couple extra employees.

Alex
The proposed hangar addition will not create any additional employment opportunities. All added space is not habitable.
Thanks, David

Hi David,
Do you know if BossAir expects the addition to result in additional employment? I don’t see any traffic narrative with application, which we would use to evaluate whether or not a traffic
impact analysis is needed.
Appreciate it, thanks.
