The following is our response to the issues identified in the “On Hold” notice.

been submitted with this response. This will be confirmed with Staff during

4. Minimum vertical separation has been provided in all but two locations.
Additional protection measures are provided where minimum vertical
separation is not achieved. These measures will generally consist of casing
pipe and Controlled Density Fill consistent with the Washington State
Department of Ecology and Department of Health’s Pipeline Separation

Clarification, which includes evidence of permitting and establishment of
existing shoreline stabilization measures on the property.
6. The requested stand-alone grading plan for the shoreline buffer area is
submitted with this response. See sheets W4, W5 and W6 in the
P_PlansSheets_200728_v2.pdf
7. The requested view corridor analysis is submitted with this response.
8. The revised plans with reduced trail width and pervious material are
submitted with this response.
9. Please see memorandum from William Popp Associates and revised report
submitted with this response.
