• M-01: 900 Lind Ave - Amend land use designation from Employment Area with Medium Industrial zoning to
Commercial Mixed Use with Commercial Arterial zoning. Proposed uses are mixed use. Site is approximately 1.2 acres.
• M-02: Zoning and Land Use Reconciliation - Many sites throughout city. Please see attached.
• M-03: Upland Group - Amend land use designation from Residential Low Density with R-4 zoning to Residential
Medium Density with R-6 zoning. Proposed uses are single family residential. The site is approximately 17.5 acres in size.
• M-04: North 30th St - Amend land use designation from Residential Medium Density with R-6 zoning to Residential High
Density with Commercial Neighborhood zoning. Proposed uses are townhouses and mixed use. The site is approximately
4 acres in size.

The City of Renton Environmental Review Committee has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse
impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This
Determination of Non-Significance is issued under WAC 197-11-340. When the DNS becomes appealable, the appeal
period will be 14 days.

Per WAC197-11-340(2)(c) any person, affected tribe, or agency may submit comments to the City within fourteen
days of the date of issuance of the DNS.
Per WAC197-11-340(2)(a) an agency shall not act upon a proposal for fourteen days after the date of issuance of a
DNS. There is no agency appeal.
