Sunset Highlands Mixed Use / LUA19-000290
Dear Mr. Childs,
The City has received your recent resubmittal related to the updated stream and fish and wildlife assessment
prepared by Soundview Consultants dated August 7, 2020 linked here. The project will remain on hold as it will be
necessary to have the updated assessment reviewed by the City’s contracted environmental consultant. I am in
the process of preparing a scope of work and budget for the review with the consultant. The applicant will be
responsible for all costs related to the secondary review. I will forward an invoice to you once the scope and
budget is finalized. Secondary review of the resubmittal will begin when the invoice is paid in full.
