After the thirty(30)d�ys,the dv�rners shall a(low th�City of Renton�o enter for the sole pa�rpase af inspecting drainage facilities. fn lieu af ins�ection by the Ci�ky,the Owners may elect to engage a licensed civil engineer registered in the state of Washington who has expertise in drainage to inspeet the drainage faeili�ies and provide a �nrritten report describin�; their eondifian. If the engineer option is chosen,the Owners shaBl provid�written notice ta the City af Renton within fifteen (15j days t�f receiving the City's notice of inspeetion.lNithin thirty(30)days of giving this notice,the(7�rners,or engineer on behalf of tlle Ovvners,shall provide the engineer's report to the City of Renton. If the reporfi is not provided in a tirrrely manner as specified above,the City a�f Renton rnay inspeck the drainage faciliti�s�ithaut furfiher notice. 3. If City of Rentora det�rrnines from its inspection, or frcam �n en�ineer's report provided ira accordance vvith Paragraph 2,that rrtaintenance, repair, restoration, and/or mitigation work is required to be done to any of the drainage facilities, City of Renton shall natify the Ovvners of the specific mainfenance, repair, restoration, andjor mitigatoon work {"Work"} reqtaired purstaant to the Rentun Municipal Code. The City shal{ also set a reasonable deadline for th� O�nrners to com�lete the Work, or to provide an engineer's report that uerifies comgal�tion of the W�rk. After the deadline has passed, the Owners shafl aflow the City aceess to re-ins�ect the drainage facilities unfess an en�ineer's report has been provided verifying completion of the �1lork. If the Work is not completed within the time frame set by the Cityy the City may initiate an enfarcern�r►t actian and/or perf�rrn the Work and hereby is �i�ten access to the Property far saach purposes. Writter� notice will b� sent to the �wners stating the City's intention to perform such Wark.This Work will not commence�ntil at least seven(7)days after such notice is mailed. If, within the sofe discretian of' the City, there exists an imminent or pres�nt danger, the seven (7) day notice period will be waived and Work will begin imrra�diately. 4. The C)vuners shall assume all responsibility far the cost of any�(ark, ar any measures taken by the Citye to address concfitions as describec! ir� Paragraph 3. 5uch responsibilify shall includ� reimbursement�o the City wi�hin thirty(3�)days af the receipt of the invoiee for any such�A/ork perfs�rmed.
