The timeframe to receive a permit has gone on longer than even large commercial projects. The project must continue progressing which at this point seems to be on track.
Your designer is the one who should be on top of the project and moving it forward.
Yes I will waive the fines.

Thank you so much for the email. I was shocked to receive the violation letter considering that we are in the Covid pandemic with the stay at home order. Donna, please clarify what you
meant about "waive the fines." Do I still have the violation? Last question, could you please clarify "any time the progress stops?" The architect and engineers are working on the getting
the permit but I don't have any control if we have another pandemic or anything like that.

As long as you keep moving forward at a good pace I will waive the fines. (no hearing required) If at any time the progress stops, we will re-assess all fines.
