Dear Mr. Bernasconi,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on July 29, 2020.
Review of the application was placed “on-hold” on August 17, 2020 pending the receipt of plans with an updated
building design that met the requirements in both the Essential Design Standards and Urban Design Standards.
Staff received updated plans on Monday, October 19th and therefore will continue review of the project.
At this time, your project has been taken “off hold” and review of your project will continue. It is tentatively
scheduled for consideration by the Environmental Review Committee on November 16, 2020. Prior to that review,
you will be notified if any additional information is required to continue processing your application. Please
