SUBJECT: VAC 20-001 – 1300 Bronson Way N Street Vacation
To Mr. Perelli:
Thank you for providing comments on proposed street vacation located at 1300 Bronson Way N.
I was able to locate your property mentioned at 140 and 144 Park Ave N to review your concerns with the
proposed street vacation . The proposed alleyway vacation does not impact your alley or access located behind
your property. Your comments show that the map provided in our communication could have provided a better
map showing the proposed vacation. I will provide the slide presented in the Public Hearing to hopefully provide
a better detail of the pro posed vacation.
The proposed street vacation is the alley located between the old Bryant Motors building and the parking area.
The proposed street vacation is to vacate 1’ of the alleyway where the building encroaches into the alleyway,
which was highlighted during the redevelopment of the property . The City is requiring a 1’ dedication along the
parking lot area on the east to maintain a 16’ alleyway.
