This Amendment amends and supplements the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for GREENLEAF HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, filed on November 5, 2015, under King 1 County Recording Number 20151105000049 (the "Declaration"). Except as specified herein, all the terms and conditions of the Declaration remain in full force and effect. This Amendment is executed by the Organization for and on behalf of the Owners consistent with the rules related to amendments in Article 11 of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Laurelhurst. The following sections of the Declaration are hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1.14.
