AMENDMENT TO
DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS
AND RESTRICTIONS FOR
GREENLEAF HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
This AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND
RESTRICTIONS FOR GREENLEAF HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION is made on this
day of 2016, by the GREENLEAF HOMEOWNERS
ASSOCIATION ("Organization"), which has the responsibility to administer the Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions for GREENLEAF HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, which is
comprised of certain land situated in the State of Washington, County of King, City of Renton,
whose legal description is attached hereto and incorparated herein by this reference. This
Amendment amends and supplements the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
for GREENLEAF HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, filed on November 5, 2015, under King

County Recording Number 20151105000049 (the "Declaration"). Except as specified herein, all
the terms and conditions of the Declaration remain in full force and effect. This Amendment is
executed by the Organization for and on behalf of the Owners consistent with the rules related to
amendments in Article 11 of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Laurelhurst.
The following sections of the Declaration are hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1.14. Plats: "Plats" shall mean and refer to the approved plat of Greenleaf
contained therein recorded at Volume 271, Pages 001 to 005 under King County
Recording Number 20151105000048; the approved plat of Greenleaf II recorded at
Volume , Pages to under King County Recording Number
; and other properties, per Section 11.3, if the
Declarant amends these CC&Rs with the recording information within the
Development Period

TO THE DECLARATION ON THE DAY AND YEAR FIRST ABOVE WRITTEN.
