TERRACE ASSOCIATES)
� WHEREAS a proper petition for vacating a portion of Pelly Y1.

O N. , Renton, King Count_y, Washin�ton, was duly filed with the City Clerk
� on or about April 30, 1980, and said petition having been si�ned by

� owners representing more than two-thirds of the property abutting upon
�
such street sought to be vacated; and
�dHERr.AS the City Council by Fesolution No. 2335 passed and
approved on May 19, 1980, and after c:ue investigation, did fix and
determine the 23rd day of June, 19£0, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. in the
City Council Chambers of the City of Renton to be the time and place
for a public hearing thereon, and the City Clerk having given due notice
of such hearing in the manner provided by law, and all persons having
been heard appearing in favor or in opposition thereto; and
WHEREAS the Department of Public Works and the Planning
Department of the City of Renton having duly considered said petition
for said vacation, and having found same to be in the public interest
and ror the pubiic be:7efit, and no injury or dama;e to any person or
properties will result from such vacation;
