CONTRACTOR SHALL DESIGN AND PROVIDE TEMPORARY STORAGE AND WATER QUALITY TREATMENT FACILITIES FOR CONSTRUCTION RUNOFF, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PRETREATMENT AND STORAGE TANKS, SAND FILTRATION, CHEMICAL TREATMENT SYSTEMS, PIPING, PUMPS, AND ANY OTHER FACILITIES REQUIRED TO MEET THE PERMIT WATER QUALITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SITE DISCHARGES.
