SUBJECT: Hearing Examiner Decision – Apex Lot Line Adjustment Appeal
Apex Lot Line Adjustment, LUA20-000064, LLA
City’s Recommended Conditions of Approval
Mr. Hearing Examiner:
The City of Renton has reviewed the proposed lot line adjustment and recommends the following
conditions of approval:
1. The applicant shall correct the Lot Line Adjustment Plan Set per the attached comments
(Attachment A).
2. The applicant shall address and correct any subsequent revision requests until each
comment is verified for compliance with RMC 4-8-120.D.12, state law, and King County
recording standards.
3. Following verification of all corrections, the applicant shall follow the City’s recording
procedures, including providing the correct number of signed and notarized copies,
payment of applicable recording fees, and payment of applicable courier fees. The fees
applicable at the time of recording submittal shall apply.
