Alex,
As part of the Haevin Ridge Short Plat Project, we are requesting an extension for the
preliminary short plat approval that set to expire on Dec 8th, 2020.
As you know we faced some setbacks and challenges around drainage and other issues during
the civil design phase which took us lot longer than expected to get approval for the civil phase.
Also due to the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic, we faced delays to obtain NDPES Permit from
WA State Dept of Ecology.
Now that we have finally received the NDPES Permit last month, we’ll be submitting all the
necessary items in the next week or so to get things ready for the pre-construction meeting and to
get the construction permit.
We look forward for your approval on the short plat approval extension.
