1. FURNISH AND INSTALL INLET PROTECTION INSERTS IN
EXISTING CATCH BASINS AND NEW DRAINAGE
STRUCTURES AS THEY ARE INSTALLED.
2. FURNISH AND INSTALL HIGH VISIBILITY SILT FENCE PER
DETAIL, SHEET 9/TE-6.
3. REMOVE AND WASTEHAUL CEMENT CONCRETE CURB AND
GUTTER.
4. REMOVE AND WASTEHAUL CEMENT CONCRETE SIDEWALK/
DRIVEWAY.
5. REMOVE AND WASTEHAUL BLOCK TRAFFIC CURB AT
TRAFFIC ISLAND.
6. FURNISH & INSTALL PERMANENT VIDEO DETECTION FOR
EASTBOUND LOOPS PRIOR TO PAVEMENT PLANING.
7. PROTECT EXISTING UTILITY POLE, PEDESTAL, VAULT, GURB
AND GUTTER, CONCRETE TRAFFIC BARRIER DURING
CONSTRUCTION. SEE GENERAL NOTE 2 SHEET 1/G-1.
8. REMOVE AND WASTEHAUL ASPHALT PAVEMENT.
9. PROTECT EXISTING CURB, SIDEWALK, FENCE, TRAFFIC
SIGN, LUMINAIRE, WALL, TREE, LANDSCAPING DURING
CONSTRUCTION.
10. SAWCUT EXISTING PAVEMENT AND SEAL JOINT, SEE BUTT
JOINT DETAIL ON SHEET 20/RD-6.
11. SAWCUT EXISTING CURB AND/OR SIDEWALK TO THE
NEAREST FULL JOINT AND PROVIDE CLEAN EDGE.
SAWCUT CONCRETE DRIVEWAY TO LIMITS SHOWN ON
PLANS.
12. REMOVE AND WASTEHAUL EXISTING RETAINING WALL,
FENCE, GATE PER THE SPECIFICATIONS. COORDINATE
WITH PROPERTY OWNER(S) AS REQUIRED. THIS WORK TO
BE INCLUDED IN REMOVAL OF STRUCTURE AND
OBSTRUCTION.
13. PRUNE EXISTING TREE(S) TO REMOVE ALL BRANCHES
THAT PROTUDE INTO OR OVERHANG OVER EXISTING OR
NEW PEDESTRIAN FACILITIES. PROVIDE 7 FEET MIN.
VERTICAL CLEARANCE.
