Once the LLA is approved, I would like Lot A (See map) to be associated parcel number 3345700225 and
Lot B (See map) to be associated with parcel number 3345700245. The reason why this is very important
is that my home mortgage and property tax escrowed as part of my mortgage payments are associated
with parcel number 3345700225. I pay the property tax for 3345700245 separately myself. If at some
point I were to sell my home, any sort of capital gains and associated costs will be based off of parcel
3345700225.
