ORDINANCENO.6007andreportsadoptedinconjunctiontherewith,theparceldepictedinAttachmentGboundbySW7thSttothenorth,HardieAveSWandRainierAveStotheeast,SGradyWaytothesouth,andLindAveSWtothewesthasheretoforebeensplitzonedCAandIndustrial-Medium(IM);andWHEREAS,theCityinitiatedtheproceedingchangeofzoneclassificationfortheKingCountyParcelsdescribedaboveanddepictedinAttachmentsA-G;andWHEREAS,thismatterwasdulyreferredtothePlanningCommissionforinvestigationandstudy,andthematterwasconsideredbyPlanningCommission;andWHEREAS,thePlanningCommissionheldapublichearingonSeptember16,2020,consideredallrelevantmatters,andheardallpartiesinsupportoropposition,andsubsequentlyforwardedarecommendationtotheCityCouncil;andWHEREAS,thePlanningCommissionrecommendedthefiveofthesixparcelsthatcompromisetheareaboundbyNE4thStandFieldP1NEtothenorthandwestofHoquiamAveNEbezonedR-8andoneparcelbezonedR-10asdepictedinAttachmentA;andWHEREAS,thePlanningCommissionrecommendedaparcelsouthofElmaP1SE,northofSE2P1,andeastofDuvallAveSEbezonedR-4asdepictedinAttachmentB;andWHEREAS,thePlanningCommissionrecommendedthewesternsegmentoftheparcelcontainingautilitiesright-of-wayboundbySl34”Sttothenorth,g4thAveStotheeast,SWLangstonRdtothesouth,andOakesdaleAveSWtothewestbezonedR-10asdepictedinAttachmentC;andWHEREAS,thePlanningCommissionrecommendedtheparcelssouthofN4thSt,westofFactoryAveN,eastofGardenAveN,andN3tdSttothesouthbezonedR-10asdepictedinAttachmentD;and3
