Amendment No. 3 to the Standstill Agreement Exhibit B

… CED accepts the Unit Distribution Chart attached as Exhibit B for market/affordable unit
distribution, sizing and number of bedrooms. Unit Sizes and number of bedrooms may be
adjusted by no more than 10% during design development for the Solera Site Plan Permits
application, subject to City approval. …
The applicant proposes the following Unit Distribution for Blocks A and B as part of the Major
Modification to the approved Master Plan. The proposed average unit size and number of
units are both within 10% of the Chart in Exhibit B (attached for reference). In order to better
meet the applicants desired unit mix and comply with the requirement for no more than
50% affordable units we have increased the number of 1 bedrooms and decreased the
number of 2 bedrooms in the market rate buildings.
