The focus of the work is related to completing the rockeries along the south side of the project. Rockeries While onsite, rep used a ½” steel t-probe and observed the keyway for the rockery located at the southeast quadrant of the site. Rep observed the keyway to be very dense, firm, unyielding, and suitable for support of the proposed rockery. Rep observed contractor place courses of rocks. Rep observed contractor place a 4” perforated drain pipe behind the first course of the rockery, embed the pipe in an 18” lift of 1”-2” wash rock, geotextile, then backfill over the geotextile with 2”-4” quarry spalls.
