Time Off Site Date Day of Week 10:00 9/12/19 Thursday Weather 70'F, Sun Client / Owner RJ Development Received Onsite By Checked By Permit No. As requested, ESNW representative was on -site to review and recommend SWPPP with client. ESNW representative and client discussed King County Sewer Discharge permit application and regulations. Based on our observations, ESNW representative recommends the following: • Site is eligible for KC sewer discharge permit. * ESNW representative recommends water be directed to on site vault or baker tank via swales and pumps. * If authorized, per permit requirements, ESNW representative or client representative must test turbid water with IMHOFF cone every batch release (21,000 gal) to determine settable solids in water. If acceptable, client may discharge into sewer system. • ESNW representative recommends installing baker tank for ease of testing, settling solids and measuring flow rate. • Continue to cover steep slopes of vault excavation with plastic. • Monitor track out on main road. ESNW representative recommends daily sweeper truck when earthwork is scheduled. ESNW will return when requested.
