As requested, ESNW representative was on -site to review Stormwater
Pollution Prevention Plan with Accrete Construction. Based on our
observations, ESNW representative recommends the following:
• Continuation of silt fence around sump at construction
entrance, to a point in which any overflow will not flow to the
street.
• Installation of at least 3 diversion trenches within the quarry
spall construction road that directs water to nearby sump,
which is then pumped into baker tank.
• Refresh quarry spall construction road weekly when trucking
import and export.
• Continue to have sweeper onsite daily when trucking.
• When authorized, discharge to sewer stub instead of main
sewer line to avoid delay in trucking.
■ Install at least 2' of 6"-8" quarry spall road in all areas that
receive high truck traffic.
• Install wheel wash by job shack, with swale connected to
baker tanks or sump for water collection.
• If significant rainfall occurs, place silt fence at entrance of site
to avoid water leaving site.
■ Maintain SWPPP book onsite with weekly reports and
updated TESC map.
