PR18-000333 Solera Master Plan, LUA20-000305, MOD, PP, SA-M, SA-H
Dear Mr. Neubauer:
The City’s Planning Division has determined the application is complete and processing will now begin. Please be
advised that the following items have not yet been submitted as of the issuance of this letter: (1) Topography
Map; and (2) King County Plat Name Reservation, each of which are noted on the Site Plan Review and Preliminary
Plat Submittal Requirements checklists and noted in previous application prescreen correspondence. These items
and payment of the application fees are needed to fully process the application.
The project is tentatively scheduled for consideration by the Environmental Review Committee on January 11,
2021.
Per the Governor's Emergency Proclamation 20-28, the City of Renton is prohibited from holding an in-person
meeting at this time. Therefore, a virtual/telephonic Public Hearing is tentatively scheduled before the Renton
Hearing Examiner on February 2 ,2021 at 11:00 am by means of the Zoom video conferencing web application
which includes a phone-in option. The public is highly encouraged to attend the meeting by using one of the
following three methods:
