PURPOSE
This amendment will add $336,585 of Renton CDBG funds to Exhibit III-Renton Streetscapes project
and extend end date to April 30, 2021 due to materials (Luminaires) not being delivered until early
2021.
A. STANDARD CONTRACT CHANGES
No changes to funding table.
B. EXHIBIT CHANGES
1. The end date to Exhibit III is extended through April 20, 2021.
2. The total compensation for Exhibit IV is increased by $336,585 from $1,102,841 to
$1,439,426.
3. Section IV, Compensation and Method of Payment, subsections C. and D. are amended to
read as follows:
C. The COUNTY shall apply the following CDBG funds to the project in accordance
with the Line Item Budget Summary below.
